Meet Phil Swope

Phil has an impressive 25-year track record as a Civil Engineer, Land Surveyor and Project Manager. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a diverse range of projects in both the public and private sectors. His expertise encompasses various areas, such as parking lot design, streets and drainage systems, Floodplain map revisions, parks and trails development, water and sewer extensions, detention facilities, utility relocation, and coordination, as well as site grading.

Phil has also served as a City Engineer, which has provided him with a profound understanding of development codes, zoning ordinances, and the intricacies of public funding. His involvement in the planning and design process further complements his skill set, making him an invaluable asset to any project.

Phil and his wife have been happily married for 25 years and have raised two children in the Northwest Arkansas region.
