I 10/10 recommend Swope Consulting, LLC for all of your survey needs. We have been in a property dispute, with squatters living on our property, since October. The Sheriff has been out here no fewer than 12 times, and it escalated to the point of an arrest and restraining orders. We called several surveying companies, and couldn't get anyone to respond or follow through. Swope Consulting was on the ball, and got us scheduled within 3 weeks. Their crew showed up for the survey (with a Sheriff deputy here on civil stand-by), completed their job in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure there was NO confusion about where our property line runs. Within 24 hours, our squatters AND the stress was gone. They restored peace in our lives, and allowed us to focus on our little farm again. We will always be grateful for them. They are licensed in AR, MO, and OK

Swope Engineering provides outstanding service! Had a survey of rural land on Beaver Lake done and the results were accurate, precise, and perfectly in line with legal descriptions. Ethan at Swope took the time necessary to investigate all land issues and explain thoroughly to a level of complete understanding on the part of the customer!
